Properly implemented new technologies increase business dynamics, outpace the competition and secure capital accumulation. The key is to adapt their use to legal requirements or at least recognize legal risks and secure them, minimize or accept them at a specific controlled level of risk.

We provide legal services in the field of using new technologies in business. Aspects of using new technologies in various sectors or in relation to various goods are increasingly regulated, to mention only the issues of artificial intelligence, digital assets, personal data and non-personal data, creation and use of artificial intelligence systems, cybersecurity, digital market and digital services.
