Iwona Karasek-Wojciechowicz

Professor at the Jagiellonian University, Doctor of Laws. Expert, legal counsel with many years of practical experience in civil law (including contract law, real estate law) and litigation, banking and financial and capital market regulation, NewTech, personal and non-personal data protection law, new technology law, corporate law, bankruptcy and restructuring law (including bank restructuring), private international law.

As a legal advisor and attorney, she supports the boards and legal departments and outsourcing departments of companies – both those operating globally and on a national or local scale. Prepares specialized legal opinions for national and international law firms, advises offices and institutions (e.g., the Bank Guarantee Fund, the Polish Bank Association), local government units (e.g., the City of Warsaw), receivers and restructuring advisors, as well as individuals and consumers. Previously, she was a member of the supervisory board of a joint stock company with Treasury participation.
