Professional experience

She has been running her individual tax consulting business since 2005. Prior to starting her own consulting practice, she was employed by one of the consulting firms belonging to the so-called “Big Four”. She provides tax advice on all taxes.

Achievements and expert activities

Since 2022, by the decision of the Minister of Finance, Dr. Jowita Pustuł has become a member of the State Examination Commission for Tax Consultancy, which demonstrates the recognition of her knowledge and competence in the field of tax law.

Scientific and teaching activities

As a researcher at the Jagiellonian University, he combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience. In addition to lecturing at the university, he also teaches tax classes for notary trainees.

She is the author of numerous articles on tax issues, glosses to judgments of administrative courts and co-author of books on tax issues. She also serves as a scientific reviewer for the monthly journal Tax Review.

Tax advisor and legal counselor, assistant professor in the Department of Financial Law at the Jagiellonian University, member of the associate team of the Center for Fiscal Studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University, former member of the Tax Law Advisory Board appointed by the Minister of Finance.
