Protection of personal rights

The personal rights of an entrepreneur and his image are often of key importance to contractors and customers. Their protection is also becoming stronger in Polish case law. This tendency is reinforced by a similar direction of development of other EU legal systems, and the limits and means of this protection are still being tested by courts and legal doctrine in new fields, including in various digital spaces.
