Private International Law
For each case that contains an element potentially related to a foreign legal system, it is necessary to determine whether the case is subject to Polish or foreign law. These cases may include, for example, contracts concluded with foreign entities, contracts even partially performed abroad, contracts concerning items (real estate, goods) located abroad, contracts concerning digital assets or financial instruments issued by foreign entities.

- For the purposes of ongoing court disputes, we have prepared opinions on the applicable law, including the law applicable to individual legal acts performed before and during the sea transport of goods to Poland,
- In the event of determining the jurisdiction of foreign law, we have cooperated with foreign law firms to provide an opinion on the content of this law to the extent useful for the given case,
- For over 20 years, members of the law firm’s team have been providing services in the field of civil law, private international law and its interface with other areas of law
