Contract law

Contracts are an instrument for conducting business activity and secure the expected profits from it. In individual business sectors, contracts differ in the subject of regulation, but their basic mechanisms are contained in and based on civil law. Their proper connection with sector regulations is also crucial. For over twenty years, we have been designing contracts and contract templates, regulations and information documents. We provide support in the execution and enforcement of rights from contracts. We also identify and minimize problems and risks resulting from incorrectly formed contracts, with which entrepreneurs come to us at the dispute stage.
