Experience

A lawyer with experience in providing legal services to entities from key sectors of the economy in the areas of new technologies, cybersecurity, personal data, artificial intelligence, and civil law. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Scholarship holder at the OSTROM Workshop at Indiana University (USA).

Currently a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Doctoral dissertation topic: Cyberattacks as a source of tort liability, 2023–2027. He is also a Visting Scholar at the Ostrom Workshop at Indiana University (USA), where he is working on a project on liability for cyberattacks on space infrastructure.

As an Associate (Senior) at one of the largest international consulting firms, he authored analyses, reports, and opinions on the implementation of new technologies, technological transformation, the implementation of EU regulations (NIS2, DORA, GDPR, AI Act), and current legal issues related to conducting business in regulated sectors. He was the leader of the “AI Act in Member States” section at GRAI at the Ministry of Digital Affairs and a member of the expert group of the Banking Technology Forum at ZBP. He is the author of several reports and industry articles on cybersecurity regulations, and co-author of the DORA Standard for the Polish banking sector, prepared in cooperation with the Polish Bank Association. He has also collaborated on projects involving the creation of sectoral regulations by supervisory authorities around the world in the areas of cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

He is a lecturer in cybersecurity law at Lazarski University and also teaches private and new technologies law at the Jagiellonian University.

He is the author of academic publications in the field of private law, insurance law, international law, and new technologies. He has presented at numerous international academic conferences in Europe and the United States. He represents Poland at the annual NATO Locked Shields exercises, supporting the development of digital defense capabilities in Poland.
