Protection of Personal Rights
Personal rights are a key element of functioning in social life, both in private and business. They belong to both natural persons, but also – to some extent – legal persons. These rights include, for example, honour, dignity, good name, the right not to interfere with our life or health, the right to family life. Case law and science systematically expand the concept of personal rights, allowing the protection of new spheres of social and business activity. In some areas, their protection is supplemented or strengthened by other complementary legal regulations, such as personal data protection. In the law firm, we also deal with processes and agreements that monetise personal rights, for example by enabling the paid use of an image in advertisements or various types of activities, or in artificial intelligence models.
